The Company, through its subsidiary, NML, possesses coal mining infrastructure and permits for managing coal mining operations in East Kalimantan.
NML currently owns several coal mining concessions in Samarinda, East Kalimantan through its subsidiary entities namely: PT Arzara Baraindo Energitama (ABE), PT Jembayan Muarabara (JMB), and PT Kemilau Rindang Abadi (KRA). These concessions produce coal with high calorie quality, ranging from 5,200 to 5,700 kilocalories perkilogram (kcal/kg), and low sulfur content. The overall coal production is stable every year. Additionally, ABE, JMB, and KRA have sufficient coal mining infrastructure, including hauling roads, coal processing, coal crushing, and port operations.
Furthermore, NML, through its subsidiary entities Tiger Energy Trading PTE Ltd. (TET) and Sakari Resources Limited (SRL) which are domiciled in Singapore, maintains a position as an established and reliable integrated energy supplier.
TET is a link between sources and users of coal and energy. And has built long-term partnerships through risk mitigation and benefit maximization between miners and users and at the same time respecting and protecting the rights and expectations of other stakeholders.
