All of the Company’s products and services comply with the required safety and security standards, as a form of transparency of the Company’s accountability to its clients. Information about the Company’s products and services is provided to all clients so that they can be well accepted and understood.

Clients Complaints Handling Mechanism

The Company has a complaint handling mechanism that works to receive and respond to customer complaints, related to Company’s products and services. All complaints can be submitted directly to the Company to be handled quickly by the relevant department. In order to maintain customer satisfaction and confidence, the Company will continue to establish responsive relationships, and communication with its clients. In 2020, the Company did not receive any complaints/reports regarding the products and services provided.
