The Company is committed to persistently providing optimal services to all clients who have trusted the Company. All of the Company’s services comply with the required safety and security standards as a form of transparency of the Company’s accountability to its clients. Information about the Company’s services is also given to all clients so that they can be well accepted and understood, therefore the Company is able to build a sustainable cooperation with its clients.

Clients Complaints Handling Mechanism

The Company has a complaint handling mechanism that works to receive and respond to clients complaints, especially related to services provided. All complaints can be submitted directly to the Company to be handled quickly by the relevant team. In order to increase satisfaction and to maintain clients trust, the Company continues to establish responsive relationships and communication with clients. In 2020, the Company did not receive any complaints/reports regarding the quality of services provided.
