of the Company’s products have complied with the required safety and security standards as a form of transparency of the Company’s accountability to customers. Information about the Company’s products is also given to all customers so that they can be well accepted and understood.

Clients Complaints Handling Mechanism

The Company has a complaint handling mechanism that works to receive and respond to customer complaints, especially related to products and services. All complaints can be submitted directly to the Company to be handled quickly by the relevant team. In order to increase satisfaction and to maintain customer confidence, the Company continues to establish responsive relationships, and communication with customers. In 2019, the Company did not receive any complaints/reports regarding the products and services produced.
