Whistleblowing System

The WBS is one of the systems that is continuously being developed and implemented in order to prevent and detect potential violations that may occur so as to create a cleaner work climate, prevent irregularities and fraudulent practices.

The Company built a WBS which functions as an early warning system for violations that can cause financial and non-financial losses, including things that damage the Company’s image.

As a mechanism for submitting violation reports, the Company provides media or reporting facilities for whistleblowers in the form of email, fax, telephone or other means provided by the Company. Every report received along with the results of the investigation will be registered and reported to management periodically.
