It is hereby conveyed to the Shareholders of the Company that on Thursday, September 9, 2021, the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of the Company was held, however the Second EGMS did not meet the attendance quorum reguirements as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company (“POJK No. 15/2020”) and the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association so that the Second EGMS cannot be discussed.
