Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

To foster a healthy and comfortable work environment, the Company implements and focuses on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in all aspects of its operations, including both the head office and site visits. The implementation of OHS adheres to applicable employment regulations.

The Company conducts dissemination and internalization to promote awareness among employees about the importance of health and safety in the workplace. These initiatives are implemented to enhance knowledge, attitudes, and motivation regarding OHS to create a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment, ultimately boosting employee productivity.

To prevent workplace accidents, the Company and it’s subsidiaries implements OHS aspects that address several key areas, including:

• Certification of OHS aspects;
• OHS awareness culture;
• OHS training;
• Supervision of OHS practices; and
• OHS counseling services.
