The Code of Ethics applies to all Company employees at all organizational levels. In general, the Code of Ethics covers the application of the Company’s values based on best practices, increased accountability and transparency in performance, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and respect for others.
It aims to be a guideline for the Company in understanding and implementing compliance with regulations and ethical values that are generally accepted, regulating employee attitudes and actions in carrying out tasks and making decisions in reflecting the Company’s image and reputation, as well as ensuring uniformity and consistency of attitude and actions in the daily work routine.
The Company provides sanctions for violations of the Code of Ethics in accordance with the provisions
contained in the Company Regulations and other applicable regulations.
